Paula J. Peters is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she majored in government and politics. After a short stint as a graduate student at the University of Maryland, she decided to attend law school and graduated in 1979 from the University of Baltimore where she was a member of the Law Review.

Paula’s expertise was repeatedly recognized by her peers. She is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, has an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, is recognized as a “Super Lawyer” and was identified by What’s Up Annapolis magazine as a “Leading Lawyer.” She was elected by her peers four times for four-year terms to the Judicial Nominating Commission. The Judges of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County selected Paula as a Master/Examiner to assist the court in hearing testimony to support divorce complaints.
